In my 23-year journey that began with massage therapy school, I have had the privilege of exploring numerous modalities, including Rolfing®, Craniosacral Therapy, EFT, Reiki, and many others.

With every new class, every book, and, most importantly, every client, I’ve gained valuable insights that have shaped me into the healer I am today. This journey has also been about embracing and stepping into the natural gifts I was born with, allowing me to serve others more fully.

What I love most about this work is witnessing—and feeling—the spark return to my clients' eyes, faces, bodies, and energy. It’s a beautiful reminder to them and to me that everyone possesses the power to heal and to self-heal.
