Delia McCabe (PhD) lost her enthusiasm for ‘the talking cure’ over 25 years ago while completing her master’s in clinical psychology and took the road less travelled. Since then, Delia’s immersed herself in the fascinating world of neuroscience, and particularly how lifestyle – including nutrition - impacts brain development and function.

Delia's two books are available globally in several languages and her medical PhD provided her with further insights into how stress impacts brain health.
