The creator of The 6 Selves Model of Self-Inquiry® and Monday Meditation & PrioritizationTM Debbie continually seeks to innovate tools that promote holistic success. Her professional experience also includes a role as a former board member for the New York-based charity, Hope for Education Ghana. When she’s not coaching, writing, or leading workshops, Debbie can be found enjoying simple pleasures—napping on the couch, cloud gazing, dancing at home, or spending quality time in nature or with her teenage son and life partner.

Debbie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioural Science from Latrobe University, a Bachelor of Social Work from Monash University, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Melbourne, where she achieved second class honors in Business Essentials. She is a certified NLP coach, trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and a

qualified Meditation and Reiki Attunement Facilitator. Debbie also holds accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider and has expertise in Colour and Fashion Image Consultancy. Her holistic and richly informed approach makes her a cherished mentor and leader in her field.
